Does not include: FET Tax (7.5%), Segment fees tax ($5/pax/leg), Airport Fees (including fuel surcharges for fuel over $6/gallon), International Fees, Aircraft Fees (hangar, de-ice, etc), Catering, Ground transportation, Subject to terms, availability and scheduling. Automatic annual renewal. 60 days notice required to terminate. If no notice, the program renews at current member rates and is subject to terms and conditions.
